You know what to do to live a healthy life, but seem to never quite follow through with all the plans? It can be difficult to figure out what you want and harder still to find the drive to take the necessary action.
Coaching supports you to understand where you are and create agency, self belief and self determination to move towards your own positive visions. The coaching process supports you to develop mental infrastructure to gain clarity on what you want, and confidence in the process.
Coaching sessions are unique but contain some patterns such as:
Gaining clarity on what you stand for.
Understanding core values
Setting clear goals and steps to achieve them.
Understanding what brings you meaning?
A practical knowledge of strengths and how to use them.
A process to find joy, satisfaction and meaning.
Training and nutrition.
